Great post @hickorymack, you make such a good point about being able to eat veggie/vegan on a budget. Of course there are overpriced vegan prepackaged foods but same goes for meat based foods. It’s about how savvy you are at the shop. Makes me roll my eyes so much when people tell me I must spend loads on food as a vegetarian! Couldn’t be more untrue :)
