Bika ambon is a type of confectionary Indonesia origin. Made from ingredients like eggs, sugar, and coconut milk, bika ambon generally sold with a sense of pandanus, although now also available other flavors like durian, cheese, and chocolate.
Bika ambon can usually survive in the best condition for about four days because after that the cake starts to harden.
