Pancake - The Owl Pancake

Anything to make the kids getting excited to eat their food is what every mother would do.
Even if is just a simple and basic food when you can try to be little creative, why not?

Like what I did, make this owl pancakes and my little girl loves it. This is just a basic pancake, I don’t put any special ingredients.
just play little bit with some fruit slices.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/3 cups milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp baking powder
• a pinch of salt

Instructions

The easiest way to make pancake is to separated the dry ingredients in to different bowl.

• place flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, stir to mix, put aside.
• in another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and butter mix it well.
• add in vanilla extract and milk.
• slowly add in the dry ingredients and mix it well.

When I cook a pancake, I see when the upper side of the pancake is bubbling it’s time to cook the second side, and this probably only need like a minute.
