How to prepare a yummy Donuts. #ilovefood

Donuts is perfect for breakfast,breaktime and family bonding. With a pair of coffee with cream.😊 Here is the recipe to do this yummy donuts.😊

Necessary products:

100 grams of powdered sugar
2 sachets of dry yeast
vanilla
pinch of salt
300 ml of warm, fresh milk
200 ml of warm water
4 Big Eggs
100 grams of soft butter
frying oil
900 grams of flour

Flour is sieved with powdered sugar. The yeast is poured on it and mixed lightly. In the middle there is a well in which the eggs are knocked. Mix the dough, gradually adding the other ingredients. Only the oil is added to the end and part of it is mixed with the dough after the dough is mixed, as in the making of the pasta.


You should obtain a smooth, soft dough.
Allow to warm for 30 minutes, covered with nylon foil.


After the dough had gone up, I split it into two parts. The amount is pretty, so if you are not very willing to eat donuts you should not cook all at once, as we know this kind of snacks are the most delicious freshly prepared. It can be refrigerated and used the next day. Also, other flavors can be prepared from it, such as: roll with more desirable stuffing, muffins, cinnamon muffins or anything else.
The donut part of the donuts is rolled to a crust on a slightly gleaming surface about 7-8 mm thick.
Optional donuts are cut out and allowed to re-infiltrate with nylon foil for 15-20 minutes.


The frying fat is placed in a deep pan. It should be at least 1 and ½ cm deep. Also, before we start to fry, it must be well heated to moderate fire (with me in 9 grades at 5-5 ½) is very important for the good, even frying of the donuts .
Donuts are fried to gold. They are removed and placed on kitchen paper to make up for excess fat.
