Ate Gözleme in Istanbul and was Delicious :)

Gözleme is one of the famous meals you can have when you visit Turkey. It is Turkish flatbread stuffed with minced meat or cheese or spinach. There are other options as well like potatoes or cheese and mushrooms. I love it with cheese and spinach or minced meat. Many people like to have it in the morning with tea. We visited Bakırköy's main shopping street in Istanbul and had it for lunch.

I can say it was really hot there, even when Yahoo weather showed 30C, it felt like 35C or more. I got sunburn even I was using sunscreen in the last days, but enjoyed every minute of my holiday and the nice delicious Turkish food :)

When you choose to eat Gözleme, they make it fresh in front of you and you can choose the ingredients you want. There are always women who make Gözleme and Manti fresh for the guests. The restaurant was having traditional Turkish food and even nice decoration.
