Superseed Pumpkin Balls - Healthy Recipe, No Baking

These little balls are packed with essential nutrients that offer multiple health benefits. The super seeds in my pumpkin balls have health experts around the world recommending that these seeds should be included in your diet. Before we get to the recipe itself let's take a look at some of the benefits that can be found in my superseed pumpkin balls.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup pure Pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
• ¾ cup Peanut Butter
• 1 1/4 cup Quick Oats
• ½ cup Super-Seed Mix – Sunflower, Pumpkin, Chia, Hemp
• 3 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
• 1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon.
• 1/2 tsp ground Nutmeg.
• 1/4 teaspoon ground Ginger.
• 1/4 teaspoon ground Allspice.
• A pinch Cardamom and ground Cloves (can be left out)

Instructions:
Put the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge to chill for 2 hours. This will make them easier to roll.

Makes 18 one inch balls
