This is a photo I took of the Hood Chef sausage sandwich for the cook book we'll be releasing soon. This sandwich is easy to make and tastes great. On this day we were in Victorville, CA at the Blaq Square. I find that the more natural light the better control I have over the editing of my photos afterwards.
