Biryani can made with mutton, chicken or beef. But beef biryani is most famous. In biryani, Pilau, Basmati and many other rice is given. But Basmati rice is very special for biryani.

So today, I am going to share a special biryani recipe. Which is made with a combination of beef and Basmati rice. This is very attractive and delicious for taste and flavor.

Biryani is a very popular name to all Indian and Bangladeshi people. This is very famous food in old Dhaka city, Bangladesh. It has delicious flavor and taste.

Now let's take a look some info about the biryani recipe.

  • It takes almost three hours to made.

  • 8 to 10 person can eat this.

  • This recipe is a kind of Indian and Bengali recipe.

List of the ingredients:

Beef: one and half kg

Basmati rice: 2 cups

Black Cardamon: 2 pieces

White Cardamon: 4 to 5 pieces

Cloves: 5 to 6 pieces

Black pepper: 8-10 Pieces

Kebab cheeni/Allspice : 3-4 pieces

Cinnamon: 1 piece

Indian Bay-leaf: 2 pieces

Coriander powder: Half teaspoon

Cumin seed (Not Powder): Half teaspoon

Chili powder: Half teaspoons

Salt: As taste

Yogurt: Half cup

Caraway water: 2 teaspoons

Oil: Amounted to quantity

Chopped Onion: Half cup

Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon

Garlic paste: 1/2 teaspoon

Cinnamon: 7-8 pieces

Ghee: 3 teaspoons

Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon

Crispy fried Onion: Half cup

Little sugar

Steps of the recipe:

Step 1
At first, heat the oil in a pan and brown fry the chopped onion. Now add the meat and cook with all spices (without yogurt, sugar, caraway water, ghee, crispy fried onion, green chili).

Step 2
At the end of the cooking, add yogurt and sugar and cook for a few minutes more.

Step 3
In another pan or rice cooker, cook basmati rice with salt, three teaspoons of ghee, lemon juice and quantity of water.

Step 4
Once the rice is cooked, take out some rice and pour the beef, sprinkle crispy fried onion, ghee, green chili and keep the rest of the rice on it and keep it well covered with lid for 20-30 minutes. In Rice cooker it will have to be on.

Step 5
After about 20-30 minutes, lightly mixed the beef and rice. The beef biryani is ready to serve.84hk9v8b8k.jpg
