I love maca! This was a fantastic share as I think everyone should know about this magical root! After giving birth I upped my dose of it andi think this helped tremendously in my healing. I was back to my old self... well mostly in just over a week! Yay! Had no idea it contained B12 though! That's super cool! Thanx for the info! 😍
