Vegetable Egg Martabak

I am one of the forgetful creatures on Earth. Forget that a few days ago I bought spring rolls. And now, the spring roll skin is lying helplessly in the refrigerator because it's age-old and almost expired. Okay, it's time to act again in the kitchen, Mak. Do not let any food ingredients be wasted.

The plan is, the spring roll skin will be made mini martabak. However, I (again) forgot to buy minced meat. After checking the logistics supply of the kitchen, it turns out that there are some vegetables that attract color. Carrots-corn-beans that are similar to red-yellow-green rainbows. Apparently, it would be exciting if the three vegetables were combined to fill my egg martabak.

Material:

  • Cooking oil for sautéing and frying
  • 4 shallots (sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 100 gr carrots (small diced)
  • 50 gr green beans (sliced up and dragged)
  • ½ large size sweet corn (dipipil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken flavored powder broth
  • Salt to taste
  • T teaspoon of sugar
  • 150 gr of onion (sliced)
  • 12 sheets of spring rolls are ready to use
  • 6 eggs
  • Pepper to taste

How to make:

Heat ½ tablespoon of cooking oil. Stir-fry the red onion and the garlic until you can smell the scent. Add carrots and beans, stir-fry until slightly wilted. Add corn, powder broth, salt and sugar. Mix well, cook until vegetables are half cooked, then remove.
Mix the sliced chives into sauteed vegetables, mix well. Divide the filling into 6 equal parts. Set it aside.

Break 1 egg into an empty bowl, give teh teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper, then shake it off. Add 1 part stir fry, mix well.
Prepare a sheet of spring roll, give ½ part of the filling mixture that has been given the egg, then fold into an envelope. Fry with a little oil (about 2 tablespoons) over low heat until done. Lift and drain.

Keep on doing so until the mixture is finished, so you can get 12 mini martabak.

I fry this martabak enough with just a little oil so it's not too oily. When the spring roll skin has been filled with filling material, it is immediately fried in the Stemian Companions.
