Pantaya Sweets or many places it is called Gulab Jamun. The most beautiful brown color or chocolate color sweets balls available across in Indian as well as Asian country. It is a most popular sweets across the country in different name. Maida flour and suji or semolina and sugar syrup, ghee, milk powder are its basic ingredients. The round shaped sweets deep in to sugar syrup after deep fry. This is popular because its color and test.
These Gulab Jamun or pantaya is not homemade. I have purchased it from our local market’s shop. And its costs around Rs. 6.00 each. I love it because of its delicious test and as well as color.
If you yet not test it. Try it once. It is easily available in any local market. You will definitely like it.
