Spaghetti Hot Tuna with Red Pepper

Good Night fellow steemit.
I like spicy food and pasta, but do not really like the pasta in the restaurant or cafe, some places I visit it is always sour, sweet and spicy from pepper, let alone spaghetti carbonara sauce that is creamy ohhh no, at most I only eat a spoonful of two spoons but if this one I can eat a plate, two plates
This is really my taste.
Who want to try, I write the recipe
(materials can be added or subtracted depending on taste and the number of spaghetti)

Spaghetti Hot Tuna
Material:
1 pack of spaghetti size 500 gr
Water
Salt
2 Tbs Oil

Sauce material:
150 grams of tuna / tuna
50 gramd red pepper
100 grams tomato sauce
5 tablespoons chili sauce
1 large onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp margarine
Water
Salt, sugar, pepper

Way:
Boil spaghetti in boiling water, add salt and oil to avoid stickiness, boil until al dente.

Sauce

  1. Heat margarine, put onion and chopped garlic, cook until wilted.
  2. Enter the finely chopped tuna and chili sauce until the fish changes color
  3. Enter tomato sauce and chili sauce, add water salt, pepper, sugar, taste test and ready to serve with spaghetti

Saya penggemar makanan pedas dan pasta, tapi tidak begitu suka dengan pasta yang di resto atau cafe, beberapa tempat yang saya kunjungi rasanya selalu asam, manis pedasnya pun dari lada, apalagi spaghetti saus carbonara yang creamy ohhh tidak, paling saya hanya makan sesendok dua sendok tapi kalau yang ini saya bisa makan sepiring, dua piring malah🙊🙈
Ini benar benar selera saya, makannya sampe keringetan huh haaah.. 👍👍
Buat yang pengen coba, saya tulis resepnya
(bahan bisa di tambah atau di kurangi tergantung selera dan banyaknya spaghetti )

Spaghetti Hot Tuna
Bahan:
1 bungkus spaghetti ukuran 500 gr
Air
Garam
Minyak makan

Bahan saus:
150 gr ikan tuna/ tongkol
50 gr rawit merah
100 gr saus tomat
5 sdm saus sambal
1 buah bawang bombay yang besar
5 siung bawang putih
1 sdm margarin
Air
Garam, gula, merica

Cara:
Rebus spaghetti di air mendidih, tambahkan garam dan minyak supaya tidak lengket, rebus sampai al dente, sisiskan.

Saus

  1. Panaskan margarin, masukkan bawang bombay dan bawang putih cincang, masak hingga layu.
  2. Masukkan ikan tuna yang di cincang halus dan cabe rawit aduk sampai ikan berubah warna
  3. Masukkan saus tomat dan saus sambal, tambahkan air masak hingga kental, tambahkan garam, gula merica, tes rasa dan angkat
