Sweet of Wild Blackberries

I was preparing this post since the spring, by taking photos of wild blackberries while in blossom.
I continued to follow the ripening period, until today when I realized they were ready to pick and to make some preserved sweet.

To prepare this aromatic flavor sweet we need only:

• 1 kg of sugar

• glass of water

• 1 kg of wild blackberries.

You can see the preparation method in the photos and the cooking time is about 20 minutes.

It is necessary to leave cooked sweet to cool down completely, before putting in the jars.
