Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
Sunday is our traditional family pancake day. We make lots and freeze the extra for quick breakfasts during the week
We made these with leftover butternut squash as our "pumpkin" flavor along with the ingredients. We use extra eggs to lend it more protein, so we don't carb overload, and tasty hemp seeds for nutrition.
