Some food myths, which I think are not true.
The first is that frozen foods are not useful, but if they are home they are much better than those in the supermarket.
Otherwise, all salads are suitable for diets.But the truth is that those with mayonnaise, croutons, bacon are quite calorie.
Not all carbohydrates are bad, those in rice and potatoes, for example, satiate for much longer than those in the sweet.
