Do not be fooled: neither diet nor pills become slimmer you will not help, but only ruin your health. Only a properly prepared diet and a little sport will help. So that, rely only on themselves and on the right nutrition.

To begin with, let's talk about what should be the right diet for each day to lose weight you with pleasure and easily.


Several rules

  • First of all, the diet proper diet for weight loss should include proteins, fruits and vegetables, and vegetable food should be only for the season and the one that is common in your region. Fiber and vitamins – this is what will help to lose weight and stay healthy.

  • Water should also be included in the diet. In fact, it does not strictly need to drink two liters, as sometimes advised, but you need it anyway. You can drink the water in exactly the same amount that you drink. In any case, the recommended 30 ml per day per 1 kg of body will be enough. But it is water, not Coca-Cola or soda with sugar.

  • Do not give up carbohydrates (slow) and fats (healthy), because without them the process of losing weight will not go anywhere. Don't forget about the cereal, especially for Breakfast, but not instant, and consisting of sugar with preservatives and flavor enhancers. Remember that the simpler the composition of the product and the fewer unknown components in it, the more it suits us. Without fat, too, nowhere


But alcohol is not only too high-calorie, but also stimulates the appetite.

  • Count the calories. To postroynet, they need to spend a little more than you consume, but not much.
    Calculate them really using calculators on different sites.

  • If possible, eat at least 5 times a day and divide into two parts your Lunches, breakfasts and dinners. If desired, you can do it even at work.

  • Food should be extremely fresh and high quality. And, of course, it is worth saying stop fast food, semi-finished products, soda, canned goods, pickles, snacks, smoked, store sweets and other food debris.

  • Important and the method of preparation. It is not necessary to fry the meat and other products. Why, if baked or steamed, it will be even tastier. Also the grill.

  • One of the keys to weight loss – a variety of diet. According to research, the French, who love to eat, eat about three dozen products, while the fuller Americans – less than a dozen per week. The conclusions are clear.

But the right diet for three weeks, which will help postroynet, may look like this.


Menu for three weeks


Week the first. For Breakfast we can choose:

  • Oatmeal with dried fruit, fruit and low-fat milk 150 ml.;
  • A piece of cheese (30g), two toast of wholemeal bread, fruit, one egg vsmyatku;
  • Cottage cheese low-fat with honey (200 g), fresh, nuts.

For lunch we choose from:

  • Vegetable salad with lemon juice and olive oil, one fruit and a sandwich of hot whole grain bread, greens, chicken breast and cheese;
  • Salad of cherry tomatoes, bulgur, chicken Breasts, Dijon mustard and honey, as well as one fruit;
  • Natural yoghurt, a sandwich of whole wheat bread, avocado, fennel and salmon.

Dinner can consist (again, to choose from) of:

  • Fish baked and salad vegetable;
  • Pastes of whole wheat flour with low-fat minced beef, tomatoes, garlic, dried herbs and parsley,as well as herbal tea;
  • Chicken fillet (skinless) and baked pumpkin, broccoli, onions with olive oil on the side, plus tomato and feta cheese (20 g);

Week two

This week will be very long to eat, especially sweets, but do not chew chocolate without measure. It is better to lay down on dairy products. At the same time, it's better to be natural yogurt, not cheese coated. You can also exclude cabbage, dried fruits and legumes from the diet, which provoke bloating.

Menu same can be thus. For Breakfast choose from:

  • Omelette of two eggs, one tomato and cheese (30g). For dessert, bake with cinnamon and honey Apple;
  • Smoothies with yogurt, vanilla and banana and roll(one!) with avocado, cucumber and salmon;
  • Buckwheat porridge with fried onions, bell peppers and carrots;

Lunch choose from the following dishes;

  • Chicken soup with vegetables (1/4 liter). On the second –also vegetables, for example, lettuce with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers. All fill with oil (olive) and flax seeds;
  • Salad with cheese, spinach, pumpkin (baked) and dressing of lemon and olive oil. Also eat one fruit and a couple of rye bread with ham (it should be lean);
  • Couscous with carrots, corn, canned peas and onions (250g).

For dinner we eat:

  • Pita with beef and dressing with yogurt, dill and garlic plus lettuce;
  • Steak with fresh vegetables. For dessert, again bake an Apple with cinnamon and honey;
  • Baked beets, olives (10 PCs.) and a couple of rye bread with goat cheese.

Don't forget that snacks are also needed. Eat berries or fruit, as well as dairy products or soft cheese.

Week three


Breakfast with the following products:

  • Warm sandwich of rye bread, eggs, chicken breast (fried or baked), lettuce, and fruit;
  • Cheesecakes with honey or maple syrup, natural yogurt and fruit;
  • Fresh figs, muesli with dried fruits and milk (200 g), a piece of cheese (25-30 g).

Lunch to choose from:

  • Warm salad with Turkey, quinoa and roasted vegetables plus fruit;
  • Tomato with mozzarella and sauce with balsamic vinegar and butter, as well as broth with croutons and egg;
  • Fish fillet with ginger, fresh vegetables, fruit and toast with peanut butter.

Dinner the following dishes:

  • Whole grain spaghetti with Turkey or chicken mince and homemade tomato, parsley and garlic sauce;

Bell peppers stuffed with minced meat and brown rice. Cherry tomatoes and soft cheese;
Fish fillet with rosemary, raw vegetables, kefir or buttermilk.

You can eat cottage cheese with cinnamon or fruit. You can also add honey to them. So you will survive three weeks without sweets easier.
