Nasi Lemak is considered a national dish of Malaysia, but also popular in South East Asia countries. It is Malay fragrant rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf.

椰浆饭是马来西亚的国肴之一，在东南亚国家很盛行。把米泡在椰浆里然后再煮成饭就有了椰浆饭，班兰叶用来增加香味。

During our short trip to Kuala Lumpur, we went to Village Park Restaurant, which has one of the best Nasi Lemak in Kuala Lumpur. Hordes of people flock here for the one main dish. Obviously, I was one of them.

趁着去吉隆坡参加朋友婚礼的这两天，有机会去了这家餐馆-Village Park，据说有最好吃的椰浆饭，现场果然很火爆，队伍大排长龙，室内室外都是一样。

Here comes the signature dish, Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng. It comes with half-boiled egg, fried chicken, ikan bilis and sambal chilli. The sizeable chicken leg is superbly juicy and deep fried to golden brown crisp perfection. The bonus point is that there is a ginger fragrance atop of the chicken generously. Additionally, the rice is fluffy and infused with distinct coconut flavor.

必点招牌炸鸡椰浆饭，这一盘里面有炸鸡、黄瓜片、小江鱼仔、烤花生、半个全熟蛋和叄岜辣椒酱。炸鸡腿香脆多汁，烤得恰到好处，脆皮中还有姜的香气；蓬松的饭散发着浓浓的椰浆味。
