haleem... a traditional dish of subcontinent is made with many typea of cereals and wheat ... there are four to five different cereals it contains oat , grams , lentils corn and wheat they are grind together to make powder and then they are cooked spices are also added ... it my favourite food guys you shall try the traditional food of the subcontinent
