Why Vitamin C is the most significant vitamin, we usually need.

So now, I am here to share some knowledge on why we should consume the adequate amount of vitamin C on daily basis. Vitamin C is actually a water-soluble vitamin, it is not only found in citrus fruits but in many others.

First, it has many advantages to discuss with such as from healing in your body to curing some cancers. The most important thing to consider is the body itself cannot manufacture it. It can only enter in our body only through foods or supplements we take. However, taking vitamin C pills are not usually recommended as it can actually cause many detrimental effects to your body than benefits.

Vitamin C helps to stay young, heal wounds, cure heart diseases, improve the immune system, and helps to converts cholesterol into hormones and et cetera. Vitamin C plays an important role in curing diabetes, cancer, male infertility. Surprisingly it even controls alcohol and drug cravings.

If we need to survive as young, we need collagen. To get more collagen or to synthesize it, we again need vitamin C. About 1/3rd of the protein in our body is collagen, so to function effectively we need vitamin C. Vitamin C helps to support wound healing by repairing the skin through stimulating the production and relocation of fibroblasts. The adequate concentration of vitamin C is also important for filtration process in the kidney. To function a good bone we do require more Vitamin C. It helps to stimulate the absorption of calcium, and try to keep calcium in our bones. Even though bone needs other items like sunlight and silica, vitamin C also take part in its growth.

The sources of Vitamin C include, in fruits and vegetables such as lemon, lime, peppers, broccoli, blackcurrants, oranges, strawberries, guava, Indian gooseberries, and kiwi are especially rich sources. Smoking cigarettes can lower the absorption of vitamin C from fruits and vegetables.

Understanding the function of Vitamins will definitely require a great passion and dedication. I broadly wrote the uses of vitamin C but it has lot many other uses. I hope this information would help you to research further and turn your lifestyle into a much healthier way.
