Perennial Herbs and Bambi
Spring is not officially here yet, but my perennial herbs are starting to poke through in my herb garden. Spearmint is growing, lavender and oregano so far. I really want a vegetable garden this year if I can figure out how to keep deer, chipmunks and squirrels from eating everything.
My herb garden is on my porch so I just have to keep squirrels and chipmunks discouraged so that they don't uproot my food.
The deer on the other hand are really quiet and sneaky. I actually like looking at them from a distance. I just don't want to feed them. They need to survive in the woods and not try to eat the food that I am trying to grow for my own consumption.
I would never hurt the wildlife. I just want to find deterrents so that they move on to the next location. A man who lives within 3 miles of my house told me that he plants a sacrificial crop of carrots to feed the deer and that they don't bother his food.
I wouldn't do anything to bring them to my yard. That doesn't sound like that would work to me. The deer might decide that they are sick of carrots and want some spinach. I'll find a solution, because I am determined to have my own organic vegetable garden this season.

If they are afraid of people can put a scarecrow. In our country, so protect crops from birds
I forgot about scarecrows. I'm going to try one.
It is really nice to have your own organic garden in other to plant and grow your own natural organic fruits and vegetables for your consumption. Because it is more hygiene to healthy to consume vegetables that you brow yourself.

The carrots are a good idea, I think, if they're placed well away from your garden area. The scarecrow seems like a good idea as well.
