Easy Cucumber Salad Recipe
Season cucumbers with salt during a giant bowl and let sweat one hour. Drain liquids and toss cucumbers with onion slices. during a tiny cooking pan over high heat, pour in white vinegar and water and stir in sugar till dissolved and liquid turns clear, three to five minutes. Pour over cucumbers and onions. Stir in dill.Slice the cucumber in [*fr1] soin slices. Slice the onion in skinny stripes. combine cucumber and onions during a giant bowl. Season with salt and pepper. combine wine vinegar, water, sugar during a tinybowl.
