great info.. but i wanna ask, why you must cut the strawberry and leave it chill for 5 hours and then put it into blender and let it chill for another 2-3 hour before eat.. ?? why not instead after cut the leaves and wash the strawberry then just mix it all together directly into blender and chill it for 5 hours??

and is it possible you do it without whip cream there?? hows the texture feel there??
