Ingredients:

*1/2 cup peeled and ground almonds
*1/2 cup of peeled and ground nuts
*1 and ½ milk
*Wheat flour
*4 egg yolks
*3 egg whites
*3 cups of sugar

To start preparing it you must start by placing a pot on the fire and add the milk and then add 2 cups of sugar and a little bit of wheat flour, this is to prepare a white dish, after you get a slightly thick mixture, remove the Fire and let cool.

Then in another bowl beat the egg yolks and add the almonds and nuts little by little (if you want you can save some almonds for the end). Then add to the mixture of the delicacy and stir well until everything is well integrated over it cover it with a merengue made with the 3 egg whites and the rest of the sugar also sprinkle with the almonds that you saved for the end.
