#3 Capsicum Masala

ngredients

Capsicum -- 250grams
Onions -- 3 numbers
Tomatoes -- 2numbers
Salt to taste
Garam Masala -- 2tbsp
Red chili powder -- 2tbsp
Coriander powder -- 1tbsp(Optional)
Cumin powder -- 1tbsp(Optional)
Water -- 2 cups

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop Capsicum. Very finely chop Onions and Tomatoes.
  2. Heat 3tbsp oil in a pan.Add chopped onions, fry till golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, fry it for 3 minutes.
  4. Add chopped capsicum pieces.
  5. Add Salt, Garam Masala, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder.Mix them all. Now Add water.
  6. Close the pan lid and let it cook until the capsicum is cooked. Add water if necessary.
  7. Take the curry into serving bowl. Garnish with Cashew nuts.
  8. Serve with Rice or Roti's.
