For Beef
Beef Julian (undercut) : 250 gm
Egg : 1/2
Corn Flour : 3 Tbsp
National Iodized Salt : 1/4 Tsp
Zarda Color : 1/8 Tsp
White Pepper Powder : 1/2 Tsp
Oil : Deep Fry
For Sauce
Oil : 4 Tbsp
Garlic Chopped : 1 Tbsp
Capsicum Julian : 1/2
Green Chilli Julian : 3
Onion : 1
White Pepper : 1/4 Tsp
National Soy Sauce : 1 Tsp
National Iodized Salt : 1/2 Tsp
National Chinese Salt : 1/2 Tsp
Sugar : 1/4 Tsp
Lemon Juice : 1 Tbsp

(Method)

For beef, combine all ingredients and mix them well

Heat some oil at medium and fry chicken till it turns in golden color

For sauce, heat some oil in a wok. Add garlic and fry it till it turns golden

Add all the vegetables and fried beef. Stir fry it for few minutes

Add rest of the ingredients and stir fry for one more minute and serve hot
