This is a very simple and fast recipe of Japanese style honey flavoured cake. Just set different durations of baking to get the texture you want! Ingredients you need are:

  • 3 egg yolks (room temperature)
  • 1 whole egg (room temperature)
  • 20g sugar
  • 15g honey
  • 20g cake flour
  • a few drops of vanilla extract
