Farcement Easy Recipe
Ingredients:
2.5 kg of potatoes (old) peeled
50 cl of cream
20 slices of bacon
1 bag of prunes from Agen
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon flour
Preparation:
Step 1
Mix the potatoes like grated carrots.
Step 2
Put in a bowl, add the cream, eggs, salt, pepper and flour.
Step 3
Butter your mold
Step 4
Cover the pan with slices of bacon.
Step 5
Add your preparation by incorporating plums as you go.
Step 6
Close the lid and cook slowly in the pressure cooker for 2 hours.
Note
Place the mold in the pan and pour the water 3/4 of the mold. Delicious with meat in sauce
