The Castaway - Burbank, CA

I was living in Los Angeles for at least 5 years before we discovered this place.
It never made sense to me how there could be so many amazing views in the San Fernando Valley and not be any restaurants or pubs with an amazing view to enjoy.
Finally, I decided to search online again and ultimately found The Castaway in Burbank to take my friend out for a birthday brunch.

I have since been back for their early bird dinner (I know... It's not what you'd picture.) where the meals are reduced and there is a special menu.
Things may have changed since I last went. They've totally remodeled and I can't wait to go again really soon.
But, I'm sure the views haven't changed:
