Over a few years ago, I've joined a cooking competition in 2013 together with my best friend, Jessica.Nine out of 2, only I,13 and Jessica,16 were chosen to join the competition because the teacher said that both of us have the potential to win the competition.

The theme of the contest is called "My Favourite Fish Dish". So, I and Jessica together with other contestants were preparing a simple fish dish by using Ayam Brand Product.

So before entering the contest, my teacher actually did the first trial of the dish before I and Jessica performed on the contest day. The dish that we made is called ''Unbeatable Tuna'' named by our teacher. Honestly, I forgot why is it called by that name.

procedure:

• Reuse the oil that is in the Ayam tuna
• Heat it up the oil
• Add onion, garlic and keep stirring until it releases the delicious smell
• Add tuna and continued mixing
• Take 1 spoon and put a piece of cabbage on top on the spoon
• Then put 1 spoon of the tuna on top of the cabbage
• Add small tomatoes on top of the tuna
• Add thousand island sauce on top of the recipe (optional)
• Ready to put into the mouth

After the contest, the judges actually came to every contestant to tried each dish. So actually every contestant have made their recipe that is actually different from ours. We waited patiently for the judges to record down the winner of the contest. It time for the judges to announce the winner for the contest. Without any expectation the judges announced that the winner actually goes to Diana and Jessica. Both of us were so surprised and we came to the front to take our trophy and we actually win the contest.

It was great moment that i and Jessica actually won the day with the throphy.
