Vietnamese Pak Choi with Tofu

Yesterday I went to a great little Vietnamese restaurant in Hildesheim, Germany and I wanted to share with you the photograph of the dish:
Basmati Rice with tofu cubes in a fresh tomato sauce and pak choi veggies with oyster sauce and roasted garlic as topping! Soo fresh and delicious!
Goes perfect with the Vietnamese rice beer „Saigon“. Cheers!
