Looks amazing, good pictures too, but what is it??? Similar to naan bread, with a possibly mint yoghurty dip, but I cannot work out what the brown "sausage" things are unless they are a kind of kebab sort of thing? Not having tried Afghani cuisine I'd love to learn more...
My favourite food? As a plant based vegan I love asian cuisine, curries and good imaginative salads...also love Japanese cooking style and flavours! 🍱🍒🍆
Thank you for your positive comments and questions. The brown items are lamb (gyro). The bread is Afghan and it’s similar to naan with more volume and flavor. The potato’s were curry based and really flavorful. Sounds like you eat really well and a wide variety of foods. I think Afghan would be interesting to try sometime. Have a great Sunday👍
