Pumpkin soup
You can make a very tender, velvety, fragrant cream soup from the pumpkin. Crackers perfectly complement the taste. Highly recommend trying!
Ingredients:
1 kg of pumpkin (peeled), 200 g onions, 150 g carrots, 300 ml of cream 10–20%, vegetable oil, salt, pepper.
croutons: bread vegetable oil spices to taste.
Cooking:
Finely chop the onion. Pumpkin cut into cubes. Grate carrots on a medium grater. In a saucepan in vegetable oil lightly fry the onion. Add carrots. Lightly fry. Add a pumpkin. Mix. Pour the water so that it covers the pumpkin. Salt, pepper. To cover with a lid. Boil. Boil for 15–20 minutes. Drain the fluid. Grind pumpkin with carrots and onions using a blender. Pour the cream. Mix. Remove from heat. Bread cut into small cubes. Pour oil into the pan. Put the bread. Sprinkle with spices. Fry until golden brown. When serving, sprinkle soup with croutons.
Bon Appetit!
