I liked Your Italian recipe. I also love eggplant. We have snacks and eggplant dishes are very popular in the summer, and for the winter we make them a variety of canned food. Your dish looks so appetizing even on the detailed description of the recipe. I have to make some eggplant tonight, too, heh . Thanks @silviabenefort :)
You're welcome ^^ I also cook eggplant in different ways, but this time I had to make a good impression and so I cooked this dish (a very hot dish ^^)
