Comida caseira
Fui visitar a mãe e ela fez um lanchinho caseiro.
Rissóis recheados de carne, ervilhas, pimentos e afins... afins que não percebi o que eram, mas eram muito bons.
Mini Croissants e queijo feito com leite gordo, hortelã e... não sei, a minha mãe lá sabe a receita, só sei que estava tudo top 👌
Comida caseira é do melhor, pena que esses costumes se estejam a perder. A minha mãe ainda vai fazendo umas coisitas, mas leva muito na cabeça da minha avó, que faz mal à saúde. Eu também lhe disse isso, mas comi.
Qualquer coisa peçam à velhinha da aldeia mais isolada da região, que vos faça um frango estufado caseiro feito na lareira, no pote de ferro velho.
Um peixe assado na brasa...
Epah o carvão faz mal à saúde, não pode ser.
Ou um cabrito assado no forno a lenha...
Ah pois é, não convém comer carne, coitados dos bichos...
Hum e um puré de batata caseira ou batatinha assada? Nhami!
Pensando bem, é melhor evitar os hidratos de carbono porque são uma fonte de açúcar.
Raios, fica difícil encontrar alguém que faça a famosa comida caseira e tradicional... Até as velhinhas se começam a cortar...
Por mais que isto tudo seja verdade, por mais que se saiba que os malefícios para a saúde são um facto... por favor, que não se acabe a cultura da comida das avózinhas!
A minha já cortou as raízes, já não tem sangue de avózinha típica. É uma pena.
É realmente triste para mim visitar a avó e ela oferecer-me para almoço uma salada fria de grão de bico, em vez do linguado grelhado na brasa com batata cozida de há 10 anos.
Ou batido de fruta com bróculos para o lanche, em vez da papa de maizena com ovo e chocolate de antigamente...

Não estás a perceber, isto é um caso sério. Quando a minha avó me visita ela traz a panela com o seu arroz integral de legumes sem estrugido. Não confia nos meus cozinhados.
