Foods that reduce the uric acid level in the human body

Hy my friends @mafzaal92 again on steemit with a new food post.
High level of uric acid in our body causes many diseases, like arthritis. Uric acid level of our body is increased when our body is not expelled body waste. Uric acid in our body is present in the form of crystals. These crystals are also known as gout.
Today I am talked about those foods that decrease the uric acid in our body.

Here are some foods that decrease the decrease uric acid in our body.

Green tea.

Green tea contains catechins in his composition and catechins is antioxidant, which repel the attack of many diseases and decrease the uric acid level in human body. Catechins kill those enzymes that promote the production of uric acid in the human body.

High Fiber foods.

High quantity of fiber is hood for uric acid patients. High fiber foods are helpful for reducing the uric acid level inhuman. Many types of foods fall into this category, like oat, whole grains, vegetables like pumpkin. These foods are high and rich in fiber.

Vitamin C foods.

Vitamin c is mostly present in citrus fruits, So these ate very helpful to decrease the quantity of uric acid in our body. Consumption of 500 mg vitamin c daily protects the human from uric acid. Oranges, grapefruits are also fallen into this category.

Water.

Water is also a natural cleaner, which cleans the waste from the body. Doctors recommended that 10-12 per day. Water plays a rule of fluid in our body. High fluid pressure removes the all toxic substances from the body through excretion.

Berries.

Berries contain anti-inflammatory properties made out of substance anthocyanins.
This compound plays the main rule in reducing the uric acid in the human body. It breaks the crystallized uric acid compounds.
