El sushi es comida japonesa y en estos últimos años, se ha puesto de moda en Europa, sobre todo en España. Como habréis visto en muchos posts, el sushi es una de mis comidas favoritas, me gusta muchísimo, así que cada vez que puedo, aprovecho para comerlo.

Ayer fui a hacer la compra y no iba con intención de comprar sushi, pero al pasar por delante de la nevera donde está el sushi, vi un pack que traía wakame, que me gusta mucho.

El wakame es un alga verde, de aspecto viscoso, muy sabrosa y que se sirve muchísimo en Japón y Corea del Sur. Buscando información en Wikipedia, he leído el siguiente párrafo: "Debido a su potencial colonizador y constituir una amenaza grave para las especies autóctonas, los hábitats o los ecosistemas, esta especie ha sido incluida en el Catálogo Español de Especies exóticas Invasoras, aprobado por Real Decreto 630/2013, de 2 de agosto". Es una especie invasora en España 😐 ¿Este dato no lo sabíais a que no?

Bueno, será una especie invasora, pero está buenísima jajaja... Además del wakame, comí nigiris, sushi de pepino y yogur y tartar de salmón. Una delicia para mi paladar 😋
