Pork Adobo Cheap and Simple Recipe

This is convenient for those who wants to budget their time and money. Pork Adobo is a popular Filipino cuisine, this is truly one of the favourite dish that yoy will surely love.

The recipe is similar to Chicken Adobo on my previous post HERE

Ingredients

  • chopped Pork
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 piece of lemon
  • 1/2 tsp of vinegar
  • 1 cup cooking oil

Steps

  1. Marinate the pork for 1 hour by mixing all ingredients together. (Take note that the longer you marinate, the more delicious)
  2. In the cooking pan, put the oil and fry the chicken. Turn both sides until it will get brownish.
