*Hot Cakes**

Hello, good afternoon friends. Yes, I know that hot cakes are quite common, but this time I decided to change the preparation procedure a bit to obtain a fluffy touch in the result.
I share the recipe.

Ingredients:

• 300 gr flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 6 tablespoons of sugar
• 450 cc of milk
• 1 piece of melted butter
• 3 whole eggs
• 4 egg whites

Preparation:

The process is very simple, the only difference is that you are going to mix all the ingredients except the egg whites, since we are going to beat them first at the point of snow.
After joining these two mixtures using a wooden pallet so that the sponginess does not peira.
Ready, to cook them as usual in a pan for 2 minutes each side approximately.
In this case decorate using sugar glass and chocolate syrup, but of course they can use whatever they want.
