How to make yourself an Omelette with sorrel

A simple recipe, but absolutely delicious omelet with sorrel carefully decorated. A real treat which can be enjoyed anytime you feel.

Ingredients:

• ½ liter of water;
• salt - to taste;
• 1 bunch of sorrel;
• 1 onion;
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
• 2 eggs;
• 3 tablespoons of milk;
• ¼ a bunch of parsley;
• ¼ a bunch of dill;
• 50 g of butter.

Preparation

Put the pot of water on a slow fire, season with salt and bring to a boil. Dip sorrel in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then throw it back into the colander. When water runs off, cut the sorrel with a knife.

Grind the onions and fry on the warmed vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the sorrel and lightly brown it.

Whisk eggs with milk, add salt, onion, sorrel and chopped greens and mix. In another frying pan, melt the butter. Lay out the mixture for omelet and fry over moderate heat until the omelet becomes dense.
