#Rainy day in Korea.. what to have?
On a rainy day like this in Korea (south. not sure about north lol)
People would look for a good place where they could have 'Pajeon'
'Pajeon' is a traditional Korean-style pancake(or kinda like Pizza)
which is a very popular snack. Especially on rainy days like this. and a lot of people have it with
'Makgulli' which is Korean traditional alcoholic beverage.
It is made with pancake mix batter, eggs, and green onions/scallions, served with a mixture of soy sauce & vinegar for its dipping sauce.
Personally my favorite is the ones that have seafood on them!
I wonder whether in other countries, they have something special for rainy days?
