Chocolate Cake

Chocolate cake with lots of chocolate cream is the dream of many chocolate lovers. For example, I really love chocolate and for me chocolate cake is really one of the best desserts.

Chocolate cake is perfectly soaked with chocolate cream; for this it is enough just to put the cake in the fridge for the night.

I used a little imagination and decorated the cake with blue candles. A little burning candles and elusive smoke from the candles - it seems to me that this atmosphere is ideal for creating festive photos.

Ingredients:
5 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
100 g dark chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
100 g butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1,5 cups flour

Chocolate cream:
1 bag of heavy cream
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. powdered sugar

Instructions:

Melt the dark chocolate and mix with the eggs and soft butter. Then add sugar and cocoa. Mix everything.
Mix flour with baking powder and add to chocolate mixture.
Grease the baking dish with butter and lay out the dough. Bake chocolate cake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the preparation of chocolate cream, you must mix the heavy cream with cocoa and powdered sugar until a thick consistency is formed. Chocolate cream put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Chocolate cake cut into two equal parts and lubricate with chocolate cream.
