HOW TO PREPARE ICE CREAM SANDWICH AT HOME
I personally love the "Ice Cream Sandwich", because when I was a child, that was the one I always asked when the ice cream man passed, it's really my favorite, but many times it's a bit difficult to get it, so I'll show you the homemade way to prepare it, which in addition to being more economical, striking, is very easy to make. This recipe is ideal to share between family and friends at a birthday or children's party.
Below I will show you two models of ice cream sandwiches:
Ingredients: (2 sandwich).
• 4 cookies known commercially as "Maria".
• 4 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream.
• Sparks of chocolates.
• Sparks of colored caramels.
Preparation process:
• To work much more comfortable we must place all the ingredients at hand. In this case I will prepare them with vanilla ice cream, but they can prepare it with their favorite flavor, be it strawberry, chocolate, coconut, rum with raisins, among others.
• Start by placing the ice cream on the surface of the cookies, you can help with a short dough mold, those that are used to shape the preparation of cookies or any tool that has the same characteristics, as shown in the photo.
• Two tablespoons of the vanilla ice cream or the flavor of your preference is added to the mold and leveled with the spoon. The idea is to make it fast so that the ice cream does not melt very much, but you should not worry about the disaster anyway.
• The mold is removed and the other cookie is placed on top, it does not matter if it is filled with a little ice cream.
• Level the part of the ice cream filling with the help of a spoon, as shown in the photo.
• In a large container place the ready sandwiches and take them to the freezer until you are ready to serve them.
• At the time of serving, the sparks of chocolates and caramelitos are added in different containers.
• One of the sandwiches is covered with the cover, taking into account that the part of the filling with the colored sparks is completely covered.
• Same goes for the chocolate chip cover. You can also choose this cover to your preference, since you can also use gummies or very small cut nuts.
• And you're ready to serve and enjoy this dessert delicacy.
Many times we eat the ice cream and the cookie separately, and it becomes a bit boring, but without a doubt that when combined they make the perfect dessert.
