Our entry for Wednesday Meat is a very special dish made by our grandma Lucy. We've been on vacation mode for the past days and one of the best experience we had there is the food we've eaten. And this one we have for you is our mama lola's roasted chicken with special spices and ingredients. Everyone in the family loves it for it's flavory taste and the juiciness it has. Kiddos love to eat it as snack . It's super delish, paired with rice as well . Yummy!
