Gratinated cottage pancakes
on Friday, when we were all together at home, after a long time we enjoyed gratinated cottage pancakes.
Below I will describe which ingredients I have used:
First, I made a pancake dough, where I used 2 eggs, 400 ml of milk, a little salt, a spoon of sugar, a spoon of oil, 250 g of flour, and 0,5 dl of mineral water.
I mixed all the ingredients in a smooth dough. The dough must be liquid, but it must not be watered. It have to rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
Then I baked pancakes in a heated pan.
When I consumed all the mass, I prepared cottage cheese: I mixed in the medium-sized loan smoothly with 750 g of cottage cheese, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel and golden raisins.
I set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. I stuffed every pancake with about 2 spoons of cottage cheese and then roll it into the roll. In the second loan, I mixed well with the fork ingredients for the dressing: 1.5 dcl of fresh cream and 1 egg. I put rolled pancakes into a baking tray, close together next to each other, then poured them with a ready-made dressing.
I pushed the baking tray into a warm oven, where they were baking for about 20 minutes.
When the pancakes were baked, we also ate hot :) but not all, because they are very filling. I think we will soon be able to afford them again.
