Mango reduces the risk of high blood pressure

Mango season in Bangladesh from May to August - this is three months. During this period, every person consumes an average of three kg of mango in the country. Pure-sweet almond nutrients are many, it is more commonly known to all. For the first time in a recent study it was found that the beneficial mango for those who have high blood pressure. US researchers say that, mangoes have role in reducing blood pressure. This information has been found in a study of monthly menopausal (menopausal) 24 women having good health. Researchers say, this fruit is effective in reducing the risk of heart disease.

This study was conducted by researchers from the Department of Nutrition in California, USA. They found that after two hours of eating food, the bleeding became loose. This is the reason for reducing blood pressure. The researchers said that Mango is another benefit. That is, intestines are more active after eating mango.

This is the first study in the world about the effectiveness of americans in the heart. The results of the annual survey of the American Society for Nutrition (Nutrition-018) were presented this June. The US National Mango Board and the Drug Administration gave financial support to this study.

Researchers say, mango has a mixture of carbolic acid. Which is the potential source of health protection. Researchers believe that the active compounds in which I am active play a positive role in health.

Professor Saidur Rahman of Pharmacology Department of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University said in the first light, the outcome of the research conducted with mango is surely important.

Expert doctors say that because of the over-aging of women, due to the normal menstrual period, their hormonal changes have occurred. Menstrual women tend to have high blood pressure.

Professor Najma Shaheen, director of Food and Nutrition Institute of Dhaka University, is doing research on the nutrients of different crops, vegetables and fruits. He said, there are hormonal effects of americ chemicals, which play a role in preventing bone marrow, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease.

Methods and results
Around 24 people who were menstruating were given good health food to 330 grams of sweet mango daily. For the study, they were fed food grains from the mango for 14 consecutive days. Two hours after eating mango, these women were tested for heart rate, blood pressure, blood samples and breathing. In the test, systolic blood pressure significantly decreases. Systolic blood pressure (the number of times the blood pressure is measured) is the pressure that the blood flow in the blood vessel during heartbeat.

Researchers have found that pulse pressure or pulse pressure decreases after mango consumption. Vertical stress is the difference between the number of blood pressure between cystic and diastolic blood pressure (the number below the size of blood pressure). This difference is less when I play mango. Researchers measured the amount of hydrogen and methane in respiration. These gases are made in microbial activation in gut. Methane is available in 6 of the 24 women. After three meals of these six, the amount of methane decreased. It meant that their intestines were good.

The UN Food and Agriculture Organization says Bangladesh is the eighth mango producing country in the world. Doctors need to eat a moderate amount of amounts to reduce the risk of heart disease.
