What is your "healthier" alternative to the commercial sugar?

I often do actually put some small amounts of a glycine in my morning coffee and i do really enjoy it... what is glycine??Glycine is actually a simple amino acid and it is also often associated with a longevity—which is something no one would really say about the sugar or so many other artificial sweeteners..... Glycine actually looks and also measures like a sugar and i believe it is even stronger than a sugar, so ensure that you go easy on it.....
I also believe that Using fruit, like a frozen bananas, or strawberries, or lueberries, could totally eliminate the several possible needs for an added sugar in some desserts. I do actually make some fabulous green smoothies with some cocoa powder,or frozen bananas, and some other fruits which contains no added sugar. ..actually Putting a strawberries in salads, or putting blueberries or a raspberries in your morning oatmeal do actually give an enjoyable sweetness which is without any added sugar...
While you can really overdo it on fruits, it is really certainly a truly much healthier option than the table sugar and you are absolutely right to actually be looking for different strategies to eliminate it from your diet.....
