Hi Friends !

Today I am going to share a new yummy recipe.... How to Make "Lemon Coconut Squares " hope you like and enjoy !

Ingredients

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 ounces butter
8 ounces milk arrowroot biscuits, finely crushed
1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
1 cup coconut
Lemon Icing
1 3/4 cups icing sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 ounce butter
2 tablespoons coconut

Directions

Take butter, condensed milk and put them in pan and blend over the heat till butter is melted.
Take the coconut, lemon rind and add them to biscuit crumbs and blend well.
Take the butter and milk mixture AND add this to crumb mixture and blend together.
After this, press into lamington tray that has been greased.
Then keep in refrigerator, covered.
After this, ice with lemon icing and use the coconut as sprinkle.
Then chop into square shapes.
For lemon icing, mix the soft butter, sifted icing sugar and lemon juice in bowl. Blend well.
