Monggo Bread. (Pan De Monggo)

I was requested to make Pan de Monggo but my mom insists that she wants to buy than to cook. My mom bought a Pan de coco on the bake shop.

Mt younger sister really like to eat Pan de Coco even a Mongo de sabaw.

They are very popular in the Philippines and usually eaten for afternoon snack rather than breakfast. They are usually paired with a glass of cold Coca-Cola with lots of ice cubes and also a Coffee for morning
