Relationship of Soy Meat in Venezuelan Cuisine
Soy meat, also called textured soy is a food derived from soybeans which is very rich in vitamins, minerals, such as iron, zinc, anti-constipation, and its proteins have nothing to envy a steak or another type of meat
The soy meat in my house is used in all kinds of foods: in spaghetti, rice, arepa, in everything, only with the need of an onion, a carrot and dressings to taste.
Its price today is considerable, my mother bought them yesterday with a price of 1.9 bs.S 1/2 kg in Anaco, Anzoategui state
Its ingredients are :
-1 carrot to scratch
-1 chopped onion in pictures
-Fine to taste
-Boiled water
-Oil for sautéing

In these times of crisis and need that Venezuela has, one of the ways I recommend to vary the diet of the Venezuelan would be this, but as all Venezuelans we could touch it to vary a good arepa, a gastronomic symbol of us.
