VIETNAM FOOD # 3: Vietnamese Tapioca Dumpling cake/ Clear Shrimp and Pork Dumplings (Recipe) - Bánh bột lọc
Coming to Vietnam, especially to Hue - a central province of Vietnam, you definitely have to try to eat Vietnamese Tapioca Dumpling cake/ Clear Shrimp and Pork Dumplings . A kind of cake only includes Tapioca flour, shrimp, pork, and another spice additive. The casing shell is thinner so you can see the inside of the cake. However, I like the crispy feeling of the crust, so I made the crust thicker!
Ingredient:
- 250gr of power
- 200gr minced pork
- 200gr of shrimp
- Scallion, dried onion
- Salt, peppers, sugar, cooking oil, pepper.
